A childhood spent exploring and inspired by the beauty of nature, along with the influence of my mother's water colour artistry, gave me the impetus to practice photography as an art form. The introduction of digital photography with the proliferation of post processing tools has provided me with the ability to create with much more precision and control.

I live in the seaside village of Pugwash, Nova Scotia in a century old Victorian home which also functions as a gallery. From here I travel, explore and observe the variations of seasons, light and weather conditions to create my images. Using a professional Epson inkjet printer I print my work, primarily on canvas, to share with others.
